Serve as the primary relationship manager and point of contact for ASP clients in support of strategic planning, solutioning, implementation, and stabilization. Core accountabilities also include the management of cross-functional business relationships, leading critical decision-making, support problem identification, prioritization, resolution, and escalation, as well as essential communications with ASP client leadership. Collaborates with our company and ASP client project delivery teams, including IT and Business areas, as well as key external resources and vendors, in the implementation and administration of ASP clients on our company platform.

Essential Job Functions

  1. Manage and develop ASP relationship. Provide pre-sale and marketing expertise in the development of the proposal for ASP clients. Provide direction and leadership to internal company management and staff regarding client's needs and objectives, focusing on service, efficiency, and implementation of sale.
  2. Oversees client interactions focusing on business implementation plan that will be implemented by project delivery team. Works with the project delivery team to develop business migration strategies and program plans, performance metrics and risk/benefit analyses, financial projections and related communications for ASP clients.
  3. Cultivate and manage strong professional relationships with ASP clients and staff to gain trust and focus on future deliverables and value generation.
  4. Provide primary point of communication to client in regard to scope change, organizational issues, and project delivery concerns, new intake of work.
  5. Provides information of broad set of our company capabilities to external audiences for clients, their contractors and vendors when applicable.
  6. On-site visibility at client location (s) including the building and maintaining of relationships with key stakeholders, understanding cross-company policies and business practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree

• 8 years' experience in operations management in a leadership role

Preferred Qualifications:

• Vendor experience

• Program management experience

• Health care/health industry experience
