Director of Quality Improvement. The Director provides administrative oversight, direction and support of the Quality Improvement Department to coordinate activities that provide opportunities to improve patient care, satisfaction and safety consistent with our Mission, Vision and Values. This role serves as the central administrative oversight for all quality improvement activities across the organization. The Director will be the liaison to regulatory and accreditation agencies (NYS DOH, NYS DOH OPMC, CMS, OMH, The Joint Commission) for communication, implementation of clinical regulations/standards, complaint investigations, conduct of surveys and response to deficiencies. Serve as Chair of Joint Commission Steering Committee.
Minimum Education Requirements:
Current NYS RN licensure. Bachelor’s degree required, Masters preferred.
