Explore & develop new business opportunities and understand client's requirement and Client Acquisition.
Involved in Vendor contract signing and client Relationship management and generate Leads/ Prospects and develop relationships and grow them into clients.
Develop the foundation for many new client accounts and strategically nurtured the already existing client accounts .
Making cold calls to explore new business opportunities and Interact with clients on daily basis and identify staffing opportunities to fulfill.
Get involved in complete Sales/BD/
Negotiating Rates/ Contracts and Revenue Generation
Assisting Operations department in closing fruitful business deals.
Required Skills & Experience:
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to strike conversation and build rapport with American clients.
Incumbent needs to be enthusiastic, who displays ownership of work, discipline and perseverance at work.
Should have zeal to work in the global scenario.
The right candidate must be a confident Self-Starter with experience in staffing services & must have a high degree of drive to motive the entire team.
Ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines, and to prioritize competing demands effectively.
Should have good communication and convincing skills.
Candidate with experience into International voice process/BPO will be preferred.

KEY RESULT AREAS:
Hunt for new business acquisition for the service offerings of Webespire Consulting in India handling the complete sales lifecycle.
Mining existing accounts for additional business through development of engagement by cross-selling the full service portfolio
Should understand the IT requirements business in India, won deals and run complete sales cycle
Should have successfully handled at least one account with revenue in excess of 5 MN USD (In India) for a min period of three years and shown growth (will be added advantage).
Should have good contacts with prospective clients and have a strong networking in BFSI/ Manufacturing / Government Industry
Managing day-to-day relationships with clients and developing a deep understanding of their requirements and long-term business strategies
Work Closely with Pre Sales, Marketing and other organs of the organization to run the complete sales cycle
Work closely with delivery functions in ensuring successful execution of projects, allowing complete tracking of the engagement against business parameters set
Work with Alliances partners very closely from Identification of Opportunity till Success; Identify new Partnerships and Alliances across the region and create new engines of growth.
Guide and Mentor Lead generation team to generate Leads through various campaigns.
Manage the full corporate sales cycle - from initial unqualified lead to proposal, its defense, handling competition, handling evaluation and support issues, commercials, price negotiation and closure
Monitor and report on all activities and forecasts and provide relevant management information
