Support commercial risk management operations (CRMO) team as a member of the analytics sub-team with responsibility to discover and communicate meaningful patterns in data related to the 3Rs of reinsurance, risk adjustment, and risk corridor.

Fundamental Components:

The candidate will be involved with maintaining the commercial risk adjustment database, developing/preparing reports and submissions, guiding interventional activities, developing innovative analytics, and cross-functional communications. Interest in database programing is highly valued. This role is part of a rapidly-evolving area of actuarial practice, which closely relates to benefit and network design, pricing, reserves, finance, and other important departments. This position is also part of the student actuarial program.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

Ideal candidate should have 1 - 2 year(s) healthcare experience (previous internships in healthcare considered)

Must have passed 2 - 3 Actuarial Exams

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
