Trial Period and Subscription Services
Jobofy offers free trial periods for new users to experience premium features at no cost. Trial periods vary by plan and are clearly indicated during the signup process. During your trial period, you have full access to premium features without any payment required. After your trial period expires, you will be automatically enrolled in a paid subscription plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

Important Cancellation Notice: When you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have full access to all premium features until the end of your current billing period. This means if you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, you can still use the service for the remaining days you've already paid for. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

- Click on the "Billing & Payments" tab
- Click the "Cancel Subscription" button
- Confirm your cancellation when prompted
- You will receive an email confirmation of your cancellation

We will send email notifications regarding upcoming renewals, successful payments, failed payment attempts, and cancellation confirmations. Users who cancel their subscription can reactivate their account at any time by selecting a new plan.
Notification Services and SMS Terms
Jobofy provides notification services via email, SMS text messaging, and in-app alerts. Users can customize their notification preferences in their account settings. By opting into SMS notifications, you agree to receive text messages at the phone number provided.

You can opt out of specific notification types at any time through your account settings or by following the unsubscribe instructions in our messages.
Prohibited Uses
Jobofy.com may be used only for lawful purposes by individuals seeking employment and career information and employers seeking employees. As a user, you agree not to use the website for any of the following:
- Upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another's privacy and hateful.
- Post any incomplete, false or inaccurate information about yourself, your organization, and/or your postings.
- Use any robot, spider or other automatic program or device, or manual process to monitor, copy, summarize, or otherwise extract information from this Site.
- Post sexually-explicit images or statements.
- Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," or any other form of solicitation.
- Post material that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or other computer programming routines intended to damage or interfere with system operations.
